1. Due to the Perishable Nature of Products
All our products are consumable food items and are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and quality. Therefore, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the cases of:
- Damaged products during shipping
- Defective products
- Incorrect orders received
2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

4. Non-Returnable Items
